Catch Up!!!

Well...school is out for the next 2 weeks because of the holidays so I can take a bit of a breather and double up on my transcription and externship hours during my "break." We are still working on breads in class and have made some wonderful things including French baguettes, challah, brioche, yeast rolls, etc. Pics to follow!

Almond meringues dipped in chocolate

Peppermint meringues.....striped with food color. These need work to perfect but they are tasty and fun to make. I will try them again for sure!!!
