We have been working on cakes this past week in class. Sponge cakes in chocolate and yellow, carrot cake, spice cake, Sachertorte, and icing techniques. Next week we will work on more varities and continue to learn to ice and decorate them. It's been fun...and frantic as we are getting down to the wire with class lasting a mere 9 more weeks!
